Return & Refund Policy

Odénium products are 100% natural and organic. They are assembled by hand and stocks are deliberately limited in order to guarantee the freshness of the raw materials used and of the final product. As a result, there may be variations from one batch to another (slight changes in color, for example).

We take the satisfaction of our customers to heart and as far as possible we will do what is necessary to make your shopping experience on our site as pleasant and easy as possible.

Returns / Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns / exchanges, except if the products are defective, not in conformity with the order or damaged during delivery.

The Customer benefits from a quality guarantee on Odénium Natural and Organic Care products.

If the defect is proven, we undertake to exchange the defective products, non-conforming to the order or damaged during delivery as well as any return costs.

We ask you to contact us in advance, within 48 hours of receiving your order, at: serviceclient@odenium.com, so that we can determine whether your products are eligible for a return and communicate the return procedure to you. After this period, Odénium Natural and Biological Care customer service cannot be held responsible for any anomalies. 

If you are sending an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable):

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is issued. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items sold (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the donor received the order forwarded to you later, we will issue a refund to the donor and they will notify you of your return. .
