Description
Use as a tonic before applying a serum to facilitate its absorption. You can also use it after cleansing / removing make-up from your face; to rebalance the pH of your skin and counterbalance the effects of hard water; or to set your makeup.
Toning, refreshing, soothing and promotes circulation. It’s particularly suitable for:
- acne-prone skin (antibacterial and sebum-regulating),
- cleansing the skin, tightening pores and restoring radiance,
- inflamed skin (redness).
60 ml spray bottle.
Before using any skincare product, we recommend that you read the "warning" section below.
Benefits
This mist is an organic hydrosol (floral water) made from Canadian organic peppermint obtained from steam-distilling the flowering tops of the plant. It is alcohol free.
- Astringent: It tightens the pores and restores the skin’s radiance.
- Antibacterial: It purifies the skin.
- Refreshing and soothing: It calms irritation and itching.
- Skin microcirculation activator: It decreases the dilation of blood vessels and tones them, reduces redness and calms razor burn.
The hydrosol (floral water) is obtained from the steam-distillation of the plant’s flowering tops. This process retains the therapeutic properties of the plant. There are no contraindications because its concentration of molecules is much lower than that of the essential oil. It is generally very well tolerated.
Directions for use
1 / If applying a serum after your mist
- Spritz the mist on your face
- Apply your serum.
2 / If you’re not applying a serum after your mist
- Spritz the mist on your face and gently dry your skin with a tissue.
It is not advisable to allow the mist to air dry on your skin as this will increase the dehydration of your skin.

Ingredients
Peppermint extract* (Mentha Piperita).
* Certified ORGANIC
We primarily select oils certified "organic" by ECOCERT, PRO CERT, QUEBEC VRAI or oils produced from "wild" plants, that is, plants grown on wild lands where they are not exposed to synthetic pesticides.
Obtaining organic certification is very expensive and some small local producers who work according to the standards of organic certification cannot finance this labeling. We work with trusted producers who are not certified but who respect traditional cultivation methods without the use of pesticides or chemical ingredients. In such cases, we make note of this on our product information pages.
All our products are free of synthetic fragrances and emulsifiers, dyes, synthetic preservatives (parabens, phenoxyethanol), GMOs and petrochemicals (mineral oils, paraffin, silicone, PEG). Not tested on animals.
Conservation
Mists (hydrosols) are sensitive to microbial contamination.
We advise you to store them away from air, light and heat, ideally, in the refrigerator. Use them within 6 months of purchase.
If you notice any change in smell or appearance, stop using your soothing mist.
