How to CLEANSE your skin. 

In the morning, rinse your face with water in your shower or at the sink. Thoroughly cleanse your face in the evening with “Hypnos,” our gentle no-rinse cleanser, a cold saponified soap or a mild organic washing gel. Spray a mist to rebalance your skin's pH (choose from our selection of"Mists") and to improve the absorption of serums (if you don’t need to apply a serum after the mist, gently dry your skin).

Why you should MOISTURIZE your skin.

Moisturize you skin in the morning and / or evening to protect the outer layer of the epidermis (stratum corneum) which acts as a protective barrier. This barrier helps to maintain good hydration of the dermis and prevents premature aging of cells (by providing anti-oxidants and Omegas 3, 6, 7 & 9).

How to MOISTURIZE your skin.

Apply a moisturizing serum that is suitable for your skin type preferably in the morning, to help protect it against external aggressors. In the evening, it’s best to let your skin regenerate on its own, unless it feels tight and un-comfortable, in which case, apply a moisturizing serum. You may want to apply a more specific treatment to certain areas of your face, like an anti-wrinkle treatment around the eyes, the “CR" Couperose Rosacea serum or the “A” acne serum.
