CLEANSE, MOISTURIZE AND PROTECT MY SKIN
- in the morning to eliminate dead skin, sebum and night sweating
- in the evening to eliminate make-up, pollution and sebum during the day and prepare our skin to renew itself during the night.
Rinse your face with water in the morning, in your shower or at the sink. And deeply cleanse your face at night with "Hypnos"the gentle no-rinse cleanser from our range, or with a cold saponified soap or a gentle organic washing gel.
Spray a hydrosol of your choice to rebalance the pH of your skin (see our selection of "Soothing Mist ") and improve the penetration of serums (if you do not apply serum after hydrosol, gently dry the hydrosol on your face).
- In the morning and / or evening, to protect the upper layer of the epidermis (stratum corneum) which acts as a protective barrier to maintain good hydration of the dermis and prevent premature aging of cells (provide the skin cells with omega 3) , 6, 7 & 9 and anti-oxidants which are necessary for them).
Apply a moisturizing serum that is suitable for your skin type preferably in the morning to help it fight against external aggressions. In the evening, let the skin regenerate on its own, except if it feels tight and is uncomfortable, in which case apply your moisturizing serum; or apply a more specific treatment to certain areas of your face: anti-wrinkle treatment around the eyes, serum "CR"Couperose Rosacea, serum"AT"acne etc.
- to prevent UVA and UVB rays from penetrating the dermis and creating lesions, accelerating skin aging.
Avoid exposing yourself to the sun between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.. For outdoor activities, preferably choose organic sunscreens and favor mineral filters such as titanium dioxide (but not in its nano form) and zinc oxide.
